Is it really free?
Yes. While we're early, Totally Ink is free with no limits. We'll introduce paid plans later for shops that want more, but we'll never surprise existing users — and we'll never take a cut of what your clients pay you.
Do I need to install anything for my clients?
No. Clients book, upload references, approve designs, and pay through a link in their browser — nothing to download.
Can I still take walk-ins and cash payments?
Yes. You can log a walk-in client, project, and cash payment yourself in a few taps, no online booking required.
Is the waiver legally binding?
Every waiver is signed and time-stamped the moment your client submits it, so you have a clear record of what was agreed and when.
What if I run a shop with multiple artists?
Each artist gets their own booking link and calendar. Shop owners get a view across everyone's projects and bookings.
How do payments work?
You can take deposits and balances through our built-in processor (small transaction fee applies) or record cash/card payments yourself — your choice.
